You know those swirling thoughts, anxieties, fears, that stay on repeat in your mind? I suppose I needed a physical representation and action to stop the mental cycle.
I just found this gem in my Bible from 1994. Looks like life would have been simpler if I had continuously followed my "younger me" advice:
